Receive - Understand how to let go in order to receive everything life has to offer you. We
want to receive the life of our dreams, and now that we have begun to remove the
physical and emotional clutter, we are ready to open our hearts to receive. We have
made space in our homes, and we have practiced opening our hearts. Now we watch as
we begin to receive exactly what we manifested.
Eliminate - Learn how to strengthen your boundaries by eliminating over-giving. Learn how to stop abandoning yourself and put yourself first. Learn how to not fall into the perfectionist trap and the procrastination roadblock.
Breathe - Here we take an important step by increasing the duration of time spent in the mindfulness practice. Mentally, this step creates more calm, clarity, and confidence.. Physically, it creates freedom from things, by helping us identify less with our physical space and more with our spiritual space.
Manifest - In order to reach our goals for decluttering, we must have a clear vision of what we want our end result to look like, and how we will feel when we get there. In this module, we create a clear vision of our clutter-free future,, we embody it, and take action to move toward that vision.
Awareness - Find clarity on what it is you really want in life and how to receive it. To move beyond a part of you that is stuck, you must first get to know it…and ultimately befriend it. This spiritual principle refers to awareness, and it can be applied to every aspect of life. In this module we apply awareness to decluttering the physical space through decluttering the home, and the mental space by diving into our mindfulness practice.
Learn how to schedule and prioritize your decluttering with ease. Put essential tasks into your weekly schedule and to stay on top of them. Keep yourself accountable and focus on what you are gaining in the decluttering process; not on what you are letting go of. Learn how to use the mindfulness tracker to clear the mental clutter, create clarity, and reduce anxiety and overwhelm.
The DYC Membership is a private accountability group that meets once a week on zoom. It is
where to get one-on-one coaching and advice from Amber, as well as support from other
students who have been through the course, speak the same language, and have the similar
