I have been participating in Amber’s one-on-one session and group accountability calls. She has been instrumental in helping me understand why I’ve been overwhelmed and disorganized. Through her guidance I’ve been able to declutter my space and adopt mindfulness practices to prevent clutter from piling up again.

I worked with Amber to declutter my office. During her accountability group she kept me on track and motivated to keep working on the task at the top of the list. When there is so much to do it is easy to become overwhelmed. But when you are given one task at a time, it becomes manageable and you can make progress. I would highly recommend enrolling in one of her courses or programs, which involve keeping you accountable not only to getting rid of your clutter, but accountable to taking care of yourself, and making yourself a priority.

I began my journey in 2017, when I realized my clutter was robbing me of both time and sanity. Every moment of my day was multi-tasked to optimize every second. What I discovered was that the more I decluttered, the more time, peace, and clarity I was able to find. This started with decluttering material objects, but grew to shedding limiting beliefs, such as shame and unworthiness.
Helping women find peace through decluttering has become my mission. If we create space in our internal and external worlds we can transform our lives.
