I used to think that if only I could work harder I would get caught up. But it’s not about working harder. It’s about giving yourself mental and physical space to breathe. I began my journey in 2017, when I realized my clutter was robbing me of both time and sanity. Every moment of my day was multi-tasked to optimize every second. What I discovered was that the more I decluttered, the more time, peace, and clarity I was able to find. This started with decluttering material objects, but grew to shedding limiting beliefs, such as shame and unworthiness.
Helping women find peace through decluttering has become my mission. If we create space in our internal and external worlds we can transform our lives. Where do I begin?!

Many of us ask this question as we navigate around our clutter.
And it’s because we don’t know HOW to create order in our homes.
And where does this leave us?
We end up feeling like a failure, constantly trying to find a magic solution to the CHAOS.

Here’s what I want you to know:

Your home will start to reflect the peace inside you. And this doesn’t mean we kick back and do nothing! This means we work smarter, not harder. And that’s what you have me for.

And how do I know?

Because even though I spent half of my life dealing with lots of anxiety, overwhelm, and clutter...

I figured out how to let go of the mental and physical clutter, and uncovered how beautiful life can be.

And YOU have that power within you too.

The more you lean into taking care of YOU the more orderly your home will become.

The first step to change is awareness, and that is where we begin. We continue through a journey of discovery by uncovering what is blocking both our physical and mental environments, to make space for the beauty hiding beneath the clutter.

 By using the AMBER method, which I teach in my course, you will become proficient at decluttering using mindful breathing and manifesting the space you want in your home.
